It’s time to AAACT.
We’re raising funds to help the 50501 Advocacy Guild take the AAACT Mandate and the PATH Act directly to Congress, and to replace ICE with a humane, rights-based framework rooted in dignity, accountability, and community care.
Why now
The system isn’t broken. It’s unjust.
ICE has functioned as a punitive, militarized arm of immigration enforcement, detaining people without meaningful due process, separating families, and enabling inhumane detention conditions.
It has operated with a level of impunity that has allowed abuse, racial profiling, and even violence to persist unchecked. With growing public outrage and support for dismantling ICE, 50501 believes there is a real opportunity to replace it with something humane.
Transformative change doesn’t happen quietly. It takes organized pressure, resources, and a collective demand that lawmakers stop protecting harmful systems and advance bold legislation that reimagines immigration through justice and liberation.

We’ve completed our second trip to Washington, D.C. Offices didn’t just listen, they leaned in. Many asked for follow-ups, and others connected us with more members of Congress.
The message was clear: this is the moment for policy change.
